Book this service to schedule a free one-hour consultation for a custom package. Consultations are conducted via Zoom. You will receive the meeting room link and password in your confirmation email.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms Packages and single-services require an initial consultation fee paid at the time of booking on infinitedigitalmgt.com. If the client decides to move forward with services, the initial consultation fee will be deducted from the final cost of the package. At the initial consultation, the client and Infinite Digital Management will agree upon a timeline for completion of services based on the scope of the project. After the initial consultation, a down payment invoice will be sent via email for 40% of the service fee. Once services are complete, Infinite Digital Management will issue an electronic invoice to the client via email for the remaining balance of the service fee. Payment on the invoice will be accepted electronically via debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Declined Payments Infinite Digital Management will notify clients via email within 24 hours of a final payment that was unsuccessfully processed. Past due invoices will be sent via email at least twice per week until the client submits a successful payment. Payments received more than 30 days after the due date are considered late and will incur a 5% late payment fee based on the full price of the service, in addition to the invoice balance. After 60 days of non-payment and no communication from the client, Infinite Digital Management reserves the right to send the client’s account to a collections agency to recover payment. Termination If, during the course of the project, the client decides to terminate the project, fees will be assessed according to the following schedule: • First quarter: 25% of service fee • Second quarter: 50% of service fee • Third quarter: 75% of service fee • Fourth quarter: 100% of service fee Quarters refer to the duration of the project divided by four. Specific dates will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Refunds As all services rendered by Infinite Digital Management require the use of costly resources and a significant time investment, the company is unable to offer any refunds on packages and single-service bookings. For both packages and single services, Infinite Digital Management communicates with clients throughout the duration of the project to ensure that services being rendered are meeting the client’s expectations. If, for any reason, a client is dissatisfied with services rendered by Infinite Digital Management, the company will work with the client to bring the service to the client’s satisfaction (i.e. revision of logo, website, branded content, marketing plan, or email campaign). Up to two revisions within the initially agreed upon concept will be provided before Infinite Digital Management terminates the client relationship.
